How to Increase Youtube Video Buffering Speed

Is YouTube loading slow because of your less-than-awesome Internet connection? Try this alternative method of watching YouTube videos at faster speed.

1.Using Open DSN server:

OpenDNS provides a safer, faster, smarter and more reliable way to navigate the Internet. It’s free, easy-to-setup and requires absolutely no download. Basically, OpenDNS lets you speed-up the website detection and loading process which is normally handled by your ISP (Internet Service Provider).

Note: this trick to speed up YouTube may or may not work for you. There’s no real way to know without going ahead and giving it a try. Refer to 2nd and 3rd Method Below, they always work.

• First Go to Start  select  Control Panel.
• Then click on “Network and Internet”
• Go to Network and Sharing Center. 
• Now on the left side pane, you will see Change Adapter settings, click on it. 
• Select the  “Local Area Connection” and right-click to select properties.
• Double click on [TCP/IPv4] Internet Protocol Version 4.
• Click on “Use the following DNS server addresses”.
• Type Preferred DNS server: 208.67.222.222.
• Alternate DNS server: 208.67.220.220. 
• Restart your system, Browse YouTube videos and feel the differences.

2. Using Few Lines Of Codes:

Another way to improve Youtube buffering speed is via some Computer commands.

Follow some steps and you are done.

• First Go to Start -> Run or Press Windows+R.
• Type  “system.ini” and then press Enter. 
• A notepad popup will open something written.
•   Now Replace the text with the following text:

page buffer=100Tbps

load=100Tbps

download=100Tbps

save=100Tbps

back=100Tbps

search=100Tbps

sound=100Tbps

webcam=100Tbps

voice=100Tbps

faxmodemfast=100Tbps

update=100Tbps

Save it. Browse Youtube as you do, and enjoy faster buffer speed.

3. Youtube Feather Beta:
